Shipping & Delivery

At LA Outdoor Furniture our goal is to deliver or ship your purchase in the quickest, safest, and most economical way possible.

Completed orders typically take between 2 to 7 days to process and prepare, and schedule  shipping or delivery company to pick order up.  

Once the order is picked up, transit times vary based on your location or destination, and are estimated as follows:

  • Western States (CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, NM, UT)  1 to 3 days transit time.
  • Midwest  (UT to OH, TX to MI) 4 to 5 days transit time.
  • Eastern States (NY to FL) 5 to 7 days transit time.

Note: There are express shipment upgrades offered, and average time from coast to coast is 3 days or less.  Express upgrade rate varies, please inquire for estimate.

The following are the steps and time required to process and ship/deliver a typical order.

  • Order is processed, and the next business / weekday your order is pulled from our warehouse inventory, labled, wrapped, and palletized as required. 1 to 2 days.
  • Shipping or delivery details submitted to trucking company, and scheduled for pickup.  1 to 4 days.
  • Once order is picked up, shipping companies provide tracking information, which we provide to customer in order to track their shipment or contact shipping with any questions regarding your shipment. 1 day.
  • As soon as your shipment is within a day of arriving at your destination, shipping company will call you at the number you provided on your order, and schedule a day and time to deliver your items.

Terms of purchase

All shipping, delivery and handling costs are the sole responsibility of the customer or purchaser. ALL purchases and shipments returned or cancelled for ANY reason at the customer's expense.  LA Outdoor Furniture will not incur, or be held liable for any costs or expenses relating to a customer order being cancelled, refused, returned or damaged.

Shipments by LTL Freight Truck

  • Items shipped via freight truck are NOT RETURNABLE once signed for. Please inspect your boxes(s) for signs of obvious damage BEFORE signing and accepting a freight delivery.
  • In the event that an item is damaged or defective:
  1. REFUSE the order.
  2. DOCUMENT the damage on the delivery receipt paperwork.
  3. CONTACT US by phone at (866-780-7474) or email (orders@laoutdoorfurniture.com) immediately. 
  4. We will then send out a replacement at no additional charge to you.


Shipment Damage

  • If a product is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately for a replacement. 
  • LA Outdoor Furniture has sole discretion on whether to replace or refund the item damaged during shipment to destination.
  • LA Outdoor Furniture assumes no responsibility for ensuring that the item is shipped for return, its condition upon return arrival, or any costs or responsibility for return shipping, packaging or condition up receipt.
  • You may be asked to provide photographs showing the damaged or incorrect item before a decision is made. 
  • Once your claim is approved, we will issue a return shipping label. Per your request, we will then either issue a refund to you or send you a replacement product.
Refunds
  • In the event that your item is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement product or issue a refund once the damaged or defective item is returned to us. You will not incur any additional costs during this process.
