Return Policy

  • In order to protect ourselves from fraudulent claims and to keep our prices as low as possible, we strictly enforce our return policy.
  • Please note the following important terms regarding ALL purchase returns, exchanges, shipment damage, replacement, handling, shipping or delivery charges, and customer refunds:
  1. If a customer is not satisfied with the product they received, s/he should contact and log a request by email to orders@laooutdoorfurniture.com within 7 days of receipt of item. 
  2. All items being returned must be packaged by the customer for shipping in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for actual shipping charges to and from the customer and a 15% restocking fee.
  3. All shipping, delivery and handling costs are the sole responsibility of the customer or purchaser. ALL purchases returned for ANY reason are shipped back solely at the customer's expense.
  4. Unless the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part, we cannot credit the actual shipping and handling charges that we incurred to ship your order.
  5. If a product is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately for a replacement. LA Outdoor Furniture has sole discretion on whether to replace or refund the item damaged during shipment to destination.
  6. LA Outdoor Furniture assumes no responsibility for ensuring the item is shipped for return, its condition upon return arrival, or any costs or responsibility for return shipping, packaging or condition up receipt.
  7. You may be asked to provide photographs showing the damaged or incorrect item before a decision is made. 
  8. Once your claim is approved, we will issue a return shipping label. Per your request, we will then either issue a refund to you or send you a replacement product.

Refund Policy

  • We do NOT issue credits, partial refunds or any other concessions for damaged or defective items. In the event that your item is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement product or issue a refund once the damaged or defective item is returned to us. You will not incur any additional costs during this process.
  • To receive your refund, you will be responsible for shipping the return item back to us. In addition, all returns (other than for damaged or incorrect items) will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days AFTER the item is received at our warehouse, and has been determined as acceptable.
  • All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.
  • Unless the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part, we cannot credit the actual shipping and handling charges that we incurred to ship your order.

Cancellations and Refusals

  • Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they ship. 
  • Once an order ships, if you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the price of your order less all restocking fees and related shipping charges that we have already incurred. 
  • Unless an order arrives damaged, refusing an order is also subject to payment of restocking fee charge, and all round-trip shipping or delivery costs. 
  • We cannot cancel an order unless we receive your request in writing to admin@laoutdoorfurniture.com PRIOR to shipment.

Shipments by LTL Freight Truck

  • Items shipped via freight truck are NOT RETURNABLE once signed for. Please inspect your boxe(s) for signs of obvious damage BEFORE signing and accepting a freight delivery.
  • In the event that an item is damaged or defective:
  1. REFUSE the order.
  2. DOCUMENT the damage on the delivery receipt.
  3. CONTACT US by phone at (866-780-7474) or email (orders@laoutdoorfurniture.com) immediately. 
  4. We will then send out a replacement at no additional charge to you.
